· COSMETOLOGY AND BARBER SCIENCE o Importance of infection control / principles and practice o Sterilization, Disinfection, Public Sanitation, Safe work practice o Basics of Anatomy and Physiology (Cell Structure and Reproduction) o Basics of Chemistry and Cosmetics mixture o Basic electricity
· HAIR CARE & TREATMENT o Properties of the hair and scalp / shampooing, rinsing, and conditioning o Haircutting o Hairstyling / Principles of hair design o Braiding & Extensions o Wigs and Hair enhancements o Chemical hair texture services (permanent waving and relaxers) o Hair coloring
· SKIN CARE o Histology of the skin o Hair removal o Facials & Facial make up
· NAIL CARE o Nail structure and growth o Manicures and Pedicures o Nails techniques
